Pink salty water

This post will be specially for people who are suffering from cystic acne, or people who have normal acne problem and very sensitive skin and can't find any treatment which is not too harsh on your skin, so let's write on.

My acne story is one of those really, really long ones and I'm not gonna write here about it, if you are interested there will be another post describing my whole treatment since the time I started having acne problems.

I tried all kinds of things, all the harsh treatments there are, but nothing really helped me. It would reduce the redness of my skin, but acne didn't disappear and definitely did not stopped appearing, plus my skin is really sensitive and it felt like the more I use these treatments the more acne appeared.

If you have this kind of skin problem, you have to be realistic, it will always be there and you have to be careful with what you eat, what you do, and how you treat your skin. Basically, it is huge pain in the ark and if you try to talk with the friends that don't have this problem most likely they won't understand how much you have to do to just have blotch-free skin.

While „normal“ people can eat ice-cream, drink coffee with milk, can eat bread and pizza without being worried about the big red blotchy nightmare, here you are trying to find a way to make pizza without white flour, and saying no to anything that has milk in it. (if you're not doing this, I strongly suggest it – I will write about this soon too).

Having nice skin is not all about what you put on it, but what you eat too. Simply put, skin care is as important as your diet, and one can not fight acne without the other.

I already said I would write about diet regime that helped me, but this post I'll be wasting on a new skin care routine that I just found not to long ago and is really working magic on my skin.

Everyone knows how sea water is good for your skin because it kills bacteria and it helps heal the scars faster (in case you didn't know, now you do). Because of all the nutrients that sea water contains it can help with acne war.

However, it is tiring to go to sea side every day, especially if you don't live anywhere near it. That is why you can make your own salty water and it's super simple (and the pink color makes it so adorable). You just need to mix Himalayan salt with some warm water.

(!!Find the recipe here!!)

I don't suggest using table salt, because it is heavily processed and all kinds of nutrients that would be helpful to your skin are, sadly, gone. Meanwhile, Himalayan salt is full of those nutrients and, because it is purest salt, it doesn't go trough all the process that table salt has to.

You can use salty water as much as you like, depending on the condition your skin is in. I am using this water every morning when I wake up and my skin looks SOO much better even tho I am using this for two weeks now. The scars are less visible and all the cysts disappeared.

Even tho this is a simple remedy, and doesn't look too harsh you should be careful because it dries the skin, that's why you should use a toner and moisturizer right after you wash the salt off your face.

Hope this helps you as much as it helped me! Just remember – be patient, and persisting.
